Family with children needs this place

The staff was fantastic, especially when we were in a bind. They helped us find boxes for our move, which was a lifesaver because you know how hectic those times can be. I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. I usually can't sleep in hotels unless. Well, let's just say I managed to get some solid rest here.

Hallways have an unusual odor that detracts from the overall experience, particularly on the third floor. The absence of microwaves in rooms means food gets cold during transport from the lobby, and the breakfast setup generates noticeable waste with all the disposables. Additionally, the air-conditioning unit in the room can be noisier than expected, which might disrupt your sleep.

The queen room was great, but the mattress made my back ache.

However, the lack of clear breakfast areas led to disappointment, and the elevator situation was frustrating, requiring repeated attempts to get to different floors.

i loved staying at tru by hilton! the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was really friendly. i appreciated the 24/7 tea and coffee availability. the location was perfect, close to fun family activities, and the clean lobby had a welcoming smell that made us feel at home.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was really comfortable and kept cool with an easy-to-use digital thermostat. I loved the spacious bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. The hotel offered a nice vibe and overall cleanliness. Sleeping was great too, not a lot of noise even though there were many people around. I appreciated the availability of 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. All the snacks they had.

Free parking and a nice pool, but the elevator was a hassle and kept breaking down.
