Family with children needs this place

The staff was fantastic, especially when we were in a bind. They helped us find boxes for our move, a lifesaver because you know how hectic those times can be. I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. I usually can't sleep in hotels unless. Well, let's just say I managed to get some solid rest here.

It wasn't the cheapest stay but still worth it.

Lots of food at the absolutely fantastic breakfast.

The a double room room was included with the fridge and clean towels, for example. The location was marvellous and absolutely perfect, within a close distance from Typhoon Texas Water Park. The staff was amicable, always on hand when needed

Clean, modern rooms with useful accessibility features. The layout provides a sleek and compact feel.

Hallways have an unusual odor that detracts from the overall experience, particularly on the third floor. The absence of microwaves in rooms means food gets cold during transport from the lobby, and the breakfast setup generates noticeable waste with all the disposables. The air-conditioning unit in the room can be noisier than expected, which might disrupt your sleep.

The queen room was great, but the mattress made my back ache.

A Nice Stay with Warm Hospitality

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay. The staff were very good, especially Kennedy and Saray, who made our arrival cute and engaging. Don't miss the delicious breakfast offerings and the cozy lobby area for family time. A good experience overall!

The staff were attentive and the lobby had a great vibe. Enjoyed the availability of water bottle filling stations and the 24/7 coffee and tea, perfect for late-night cravings!

The air-conditioning unit was a bit louder than I'd prefer, which disrupted the otherwise peaceful atmosphere.

Had a blast at the pool with fun floats and noodles. The cozy lobby was great for hanging out.

The hotel features a vibrant lobby with open seating areas. Good snacks and infused water available. The proximity to eateries and a movie theater adds convenience, though the sound insulation could use improvement, particularly if you prefer a quieter environment.

Breakfast was a highlight with fast replenishment and cleanliness that stood out. The location is excellent, just a short drive away from family.

The Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was really comfortable and kept cool with an easy-to-use digital thermostat. I loved the spacious bathroom and good water pressure in the shower. The hotel offered a nice vibe and overall cleanliness. Sleeping was great too, not a lot of noise even though there were many people around. I appreciated the availability of 24/7 coffee and tea in the lobby. All the snacks they had.

Had an amazing xmas stay at this hotel! Loved the delicious complimentary breakfast offered on both sides. the location was perfect, surrounded by plenty of restaurants and a theater. the friendly staff made me feel welcomed and even accommodated my request for pool towels promptly. the secure parking was a plus, ensuring a worry-free stay.

I wished the hotel had microwaves in each room to avoid food getting cold while heating downstairs. the hallway on the 3rd floor had a strange smell at times, which was a bit off-putting.

We were delighted by the excellent breakfast spread at the hotel. Unfortunately, we once left early and missed out, but the overall experience at Tru By Hilton was fantastic. Overall I recommend this hotel.
